Personal: New DVD released
On a personal note, this week I released a DVD on the Faith of America’s Presidents. It’s available here. Here are two video clips:

There is a little more to these off-topic personal posts than might meet the eye. I have never been a big fan of the anonymous-blogger-behind-a-keyboard model. Posting my photo (on the “about” page) and these video clips helps me be a little more recognizable, and thus accountable. It serves as a check that keeps me from running a needlessly critical story or unsubstantiated rumor, since any of you (fans or artists) could recognize me at a concert and call me on it. And I think that’s a good thing.

I enjoyed the clips, Daniel. I’m looking forward to seeing the entire DVD.

Quite interesting … Someday I’ll buy myself a copy of your book, when I get rich and can afford to buy books new instead of at Bookaholic! (Just kidding.)

Wow, interesting stuff. I haven’t been able to find your book in any stores in my area, but I’d sure like to read when I do find it.

Typically, bookstores only sell a book when it’s new, for 3-6 months max. To get it now would take a special order, probably.
Oh, and Amy–by then you might have to get it at Bookaholic, used.

By then it may be a collector’s item I save a search for on ebay along with albums from Gold City’s glory days …
At least it shouldn’t cost so much.

…unless, on the other hand, it’s hard to find and the cost goes up.
