  1. Great bunch of photos Daniel. Thanks for posting them

    • You’re welcome! I think it’s clear what part of the week I was most personally excited about!

  2. I was just sitting here thinking of some more reunions I would like to see.

    The Bishops

    Charles Johnson & the Revivers

    The Spencers

    The Paynes

    Perfect Heart

Each group could do three to five songs and it would be ok with me. I know each group has a big hit song that everyone would expect them to do. For instance,

    The Bishops- Lazarus Come Forth

Charles Johnson & the Revivers- I Can’t Even Walk

    The Spencers- Coming Soon

The Paynes- It’s Out of This World

Perfect Heart- I Hold a Clear Title

I may be just wishing, but I would like to see it!

    • To see a Spencers reunion, just move to the Mansfield, OH area and you’ll see them periodically.

I have on good authority that a reunion for one of the other groups you mentioned is coming next spring. :)

      • Good, I would like to see them all,but will take what we can get.
Thanks for what you do to inform fans of what is going on in Southern Gospel Music!

      • I would like to see the Talleys as Roger, Debra & Kirk to that list. Daniel you better take these pictures down because you need approval from NQCg. People can see the artists in the NQC archive. Just kidding!

  3. Have none of you folks come into 2011 yet?

    • HAHA!

    • Umm…check the post date here. This was posted on September 23, 2010—last year!

The post that went up this morning does have the correct year.

Now I’m the one laughing! :)

      • Haha silly me. I didn’t bother to look at the actual post.

      • :) It was one thing for an occasional commenter to miss it, but that you also missed it was what was especially cracking me up! :)
