		<description>The last sentence of the excellent story is what it is all about:
&quot;It’s evolved, certainly, to include a broader range of influences and tastes&quot;

From www.Answer.com comes a definition:
Evolvement -A progression from a simple form to a more complex one.

Different setting, influences and tastes that we might not have ourselves.

Outside our box or comfort zone.

Evolvement has been gradual process in the church over the ages.
The church has always face the great divide of evolvement.

There was a day that having a car wash, sales or &quot;selling sponsorships&quot; by young people was a sign of lack of faith.
Going to the bank for a large mortgage for a church building financing package was another sign of a lack of the same faith.
Churches preaching going to a movie theatre was a no-no making it difficult for Billy Graham&#039;s World Wide Pictures&#039; outreach ministry. I know, from a personal viewpoint, while working on the movie outreach I sat in the office of a church in a well known and respected denomination. The pastor told made even though we support the ministry we cannot promote the outreach because this church has painted us in a corner on going to the movies.
In the past, except for the Pentecostals and the Nazarenes, to name a couple, bands and orchestra were a sign of the &quot;world&quot; creeping into the church. Orchestration is the rule rather than the exception these days.

Here is a related blog spot I posted on my website on 01.25.08 titled:
