Crystal River to disband?
It’s being reported on the Singing News forums that Crystal River is going to disband. Their page is still up on their booking agency’s website, but their website is down. They still have some dates on their schedule, but at this point it’s not known how many of them will be filled.

That’s a real shame. I have their “Taking A Stand” project, which was released back when they were a quartet with Jeremy Lile as bass. Absolutely superb stuff.
I also got to catch them as a trio at an NQC showcase in 2007, and they were good then as well.
I hope they all find their way into other groups. Dusty Barrett is probably one of the best tenors on the road today.
