These guys are so classy and professional, and Wayne did an absolutely brilliant job with this project. He's maintained the spirit of this family---all the singers sound natural and in their element. He hasn't tried to make them be somebody they aren't. Yet at the same time, his production perfectly complements and enhances their performances cut after cut. Every aspiring producer needs to listen to this album for an example of how to do it right!

Oh by the way Daniel, "Oh the Thought That Jesus Loves Me" sky-rocketed its way through my most-played list too! Granted, I don't have nearly as much stuff on my iPod as you, so it's much more impressive in your case...but I consider myself a pretty picky listener, and this song is simply sublime. It's currently sitting at a tie for second place in the Top 25 along with the Browns' version of "I'll Fly Away" and the Cathedrals classic "This Old House."

Ok. Because I saw that it had Greater Vision mentioned in the credits of the song and knew it had to have been recorded by them some time or another.

Great review! Did Greater Vision ever sing "I Could Never Praise Him Enough"? The reason for my asking is because Chris Allman wrote it, and it's published through Songs of Greater Vision.

I love this CD. I preordered it have had it for awhile. It will never fail to amaze me what this group can do. They are so versatile, yet so fluid. Great review, as always, Daniel!

I completely agree about "Oh, the Thought that Jesus Loves Me."
