Tribute to Eric Phillips

SGConcerts.com’s Diana Brantley, affectionately dubbed the “Queen of Southern Gospel Concert videos” by her fans, went to Eric Phillips’ final performance with the Mark Trammell Trio last night. She compiled this video of highlights from the concert as a tribute to him:

    What type of law enforcement will Eric do? Heard he will go back to the local police department!

    I think it is truly said that “talent” won’t be involved in gospel music…but he has to answer God’s call for his life and family.

    Oh, that was the Thursday night concert at Steve Hurst School of Music! I attended that for this first time this year, and it was amazing! I learned so much, and it was awesome to be taught by professionals and see concerts by awesome artists every night! This concert was awesome, especially since it was Mark’s 50th birthday! They had a great time teasing him about that.
