For example, the production quality, artwork/packaging, and vocals are all taken into effect. In Liberty&#039;s case, these factors added enough to the CD that it was worth adding a half-star.</description>

		<description>How do you get an overall rating of 4.5, when the average song rating is 4?  Is the total greater than the sum of the parts?  

Looks like a cd we should check out, though, even if the reviewers have fuzzy math skills.</description>
