Wes is one of the best vocalists I have ever listened to. My favorite used to be Steve Green. My husband and I have been to a lot of the concerts and are going to the one in Orlando. We also go to Myrtle Beach every year. He’s the greatest. I’ve also met his wife, she is sweet.

Great Conversation.

What i like about Wes is his continual push to remain “connected” and “accessible” to fans and bloggers. As best as he can he does respond to his emails and questions. I’m quite sure thats not very easy considering the popularity of the GVB.

Wes remembers what it was like to be a “fan” and coming from that background, i really admire his desire to remain in touch with his fans and to be approachable and yet humble, gracious and he comes across as a man that God is genuinely blessing and guiding.

You know, that’s a good observation. I’ll go a step farther: Some tenors don’t have “punch” and other tenors can’t blend. He can do both and knows when.

Great interview! Wes is a class act. He is also a fantastic tenor who knows when to punch it and when to just lay back and blend. The Vocal Band sounds as good as they ever have.
